Commercial Activity Tax – After January 1, 2014 annual filers will be required to file the return electronically. You can always file and pay on the Ohio Business Gateway or by Telefile through the Ohio Department of Taxation website beginning in April 2014. The annual CAT return is due May 12, 2014.
